Questions before you begin
Does CrestCare accept Medicare?
Yes. CrestCare now accepts Medicare Part B for eligible medically necessary outpatient physical therapy services, subject to Medicare coverage and applicable requirements.
Does accepting Medicare mean every visit is covered?
No. Coverage depends on the patient’s eligibility, diagnosis, medical necessity, plan of care and applicable Medicare requirements. Coverage should be verified before treatment.
Is CrestCare a home health agency?
CrestCare provides mobile/in-home outpatient physical therapy. This is distinct from Medicare home health services provided under a home health episode of care.
Are cash-pay wellness programs still available?
Yes. Cash-based wellness and healthy-aging services remain available and are separate from medically necessary skilled therapy billed to Medicare.
